Breeze Restaurant Opened in Frankfurt

Luxury travel brand, lebua, launches its first venture into Europe

Frankfurt’s newest luxury restaurant “Breeze by lebua” has opened in the centre of downtown Frankfurt. Located in the Steigenberger Hotel “Frankfurter Hof,” visitors can expect first-class pan-Asian cuisine and unparalleled service in an atmospheric setting. The new restaurant is operated by esteemed international luxury travel brand, lebua Hotels and Resorts.

In Asia, Breeze is already an iconic restaurant. In 2006, the original Breeze restaurant opened in the Tower Club at lebua in Bangkok. Featured as one of the world’s “Top 10 Most Cutting-Edge Restaurants” by USA Today and named a “Hot Table” by Condé Nast Traveler, Breeze is already well-known amongst European connoisseurs.

In Frankfurt, Breeze by lebua celebrates its European debut. “For us, the most important thing is to make our guests feel at home and make their visit a fantastic experience. Ensuring that their time at Breeze is memorable and they look forward to their next visit is our top priority,” says Deepak Ohri, CEO of lebua Hotels and Resorts.

Breeze offers authentic Asian cuisine, progressively presented and served, with strong influences from China and Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia and Singapore. The wines paired with each course are true to the region local to the hotel, as well as other German-speaking countries. The culinary experience at Breeze is complemented by exceptional service and a timeless, modern design.

In order to transform the restaurant’s premises into an oasis of calm away from the bustle of the city, Breeze by lebua enlisted the renowned architectural firm Eight Inc. In developing a unique design concept for the restaurant, the team designed a space inspired by nature, with numerous water features, distinctive stone walls and timber accents.

Breeze in Frankfurt has a seating capacity of approx. 70 seats in the restaurant and 30 seats in the bar area. The lunch menu is different from the dinner menu. It consists of small tasting menus and à la carte dim sum menu. The dinner menu offers guests a separate, more comprehensive tasting menu and numerous à la carte options. In addition, guests can choose from various canapés or Asian tapas.
