Wahoo Fitness Unveils New 7 Minute Workout For the New Apple TV

Wahoo Fitness, the leader in workout apps and smartphone connected fitness devices, is proud to announce that the acclaimed Wahoo 7 Minute Workout app is now available on the new Apple TV. The Wahoo 7 Minute Workout is a science-based, high-intensity, interval workout that packs 12 bodyweight exercises into a focused seven-minute training session. Because it requires no gym equipment, the 7 Minute Workout app for Apple TV is absolutely perfect for home use. The Wahoo 7 Minute Workout, a free download from the App Store on the new Apple TV, is among the first Apple TV apps that connect directly to an external device for counting reps and intensity.

To enhance the effectiveness of the Wahoo 7 Minute Workout app, users can easily pair Wahoo’s popular TICKRx heart rate monitor and workout tracker directly to the new Apple TV. The TICKRx precisely measures heart rate, calories burned and, through the use of Wahoo’s patented advanced motion-capture analytics, records and analyzes form data and counts repetitions. That info is displayed in real time on an Apple TV user’s television screen.
