From the 22nd-25th of March hypnobirthing and pregnancy wellness company ‘Bump and Mind’ are launching their luxury retreats. As the only retreat of its kind, this threeday break will be held in the idyllic Isle of Wight countryside at Northcourt Manor.
Expectant parents will enjoy a Royal College of Midwives accredited KGHypnobirthing course, exclusive maternity fitness programme, partner yoga, relaxation workshops and a pregnancy massage. The goal is to provide couples with the tools they need to prepare for a calm and relaxing hypnobirth, focusing on the health and wellbeing of each individual.
The fully catered accommodation boasts a stunning, natural feel, nestled in the middle of the island. Surrounded by Mother Nature, Northcourt Manor is the largest of the Island’s Jacobean manor houses and is the perfect location to relax and prepare for one of life’s most important moments. All rooms have King Size, Super King and Twin beds, with family rooms available for parents wishing to bring older children who will be cared for by an in-house Ofsted registered nanny.
‘Bump & Mind’ is a Hypnobirthing & Pregnancy Wellness Retreat company based on the tranquil Isle of Wight, founded by Tahnee Knowles who started the business after she was taken aback by the astounding benefits of hypnobirthing for expectant mothers. After her own experience, she was itching to offer the same benefits to other expecting parents and continues to bring this passion into the business.
Expressing her excitement for this upcoming event and what inspired her to create a haven for parents-tobe, Tahnee says, “Shortly after moving to the Isle of Wight in 2017 I discovered I was pregnant. The island’s stunning scenery and warm welcome along with hypnobirthing instantly put my mum-to-be concerns at ease. I wanted to share this experience with other expectant parents in the hope that they too could relax, recharge and reconnect on our little British oasis. I have developed a Bump & Mind exclusive programme of activities to be enjoyed throughout the duration of the retreat to guide my guests through pregnancy birth and beyond.”
