To achieve this, we undertake a client focus approach right from the beginning, as we make sure we have a good relationship with the customers before their photoshoot or special day. Each wedding has different challenges but with our experience we can not only help the bride and groom with arranging their special day but also work around these challenges to help to make things run smoothly. “Fundamentally, we have proven over the years you do not have to pay large amounts of money to have family portraits, weddings and other special memories photographed. I personally have seen work where customers have paid three times what they pay for our services and they have been left disappointed, which is a shame for the industry. We love the work we do and love being part of customers special day, which is why we have now been in operation for nearly 10 years, and collectively we also have over 25 years’ experience in the industry.” Moving forward, Brenden and his team are looking forward to being in business for many more years to come and meeting a lot more customers, as he concludes. “With regards to the future, we are looking to add more services for our customers. In 2018, we are due to add photo booth shoots to add to the fun and to focus a lot more of family portraits, and we may even venture into the pet photography side.
