Baking with her mother formed some of her fondest and most treasured memories that started this path to Lulus. Another ingredient to Little Lulus was the encouragement of her father. Natalia’s father, Vikram Bagai, came from a long line of successful entrepreneurs in India. He would tell her stories about Bagai Motor Service and Bagai Agricultural Estates. He would vividly tell her about her grandfather and how he was the CEO of cole & coke companies, in charge of tea estates, an amazing philanthropist and champion golfer. “Growing up I always knew that I wanted to go into business for myself and keep the Bagai name proud” she said and this where the recipe to her success began. Once she’d attended culinary school, Natalia continued to work in all departments of the food and beverage industry, addicted to the culture and learning more with each passing day.
