Classics are of course present, ranging from bhuna and dopiaza, to madras and vindaloo. Each can be customised to include either chicken, lamb, king prawns or simply made vegetarian, whatever the guests desire. On top of the classics offered, there are also a wide variety of specialty vegetarian, chicken, beef, lamb, fish and tandoori cooking.
