Felicity is also proud of the brand’s active social engagement which gives back to the community by providing meaningful employment in the filling of jars and bags to at-risk youths and people with a disability, including intellectual, physical, sensory, and psycho-social disabilities. However, despite how it looks on the outside, it hasn’t always been plain sailing. For example, the Covid-19 pandemic had an impact and presented its own set of unique challenges, but Imbibe Living successfully weathered the storm and even grew as a company where it’s online business was concerned. “Our philosophy throughout Covid was just present in the moment and keep trying to move forward through this challenging time,” comments Felicity. “We learnt to keep being patient and kind with yourself and others. From a business perspective we held strong with our business model. Our wholesale division was placed on a hold for some of our accounts as they were not able to open their doors to the public, however, we grew online and we learnt to pivot.” Recently, Felicity and the dedicated team at Imbibe Living gained yet more international recognition as it was named in the Global Vegan Awards 2022 and bestowed with the prestigious title of Best Clean Beauty Brand – Byron Bay.
