Looking ahead, Feng Shang are excited about introducing Dim Sum in the near future, which will be a challenge as the kitchen needs reorganising, but it is a challenge that the team are ready to embrace. There are also plans for the restaurant which will include a refurbishment, refitting and providing innovative interior designs of the boat itself, providing a more luxurious look, improving the customer’s dining experience. A Floating Chinese Restaurant A Floating Chinese Restaurant Feng Shang mainly serves typical Chinese dishes from the beginning, such as Sweet and Sour dishes, stir fried noodles, egg fried rice and duck with pancakes. Over a period of time, with the help of previous chefs, the restaurant has made some changes, and developed towards a more fine-dining Chinese dishes. Aiming to offer a decedent array of delicacies to entice the taste buds, recently the restaurant’s menu shifted more towards a Pan-Asian styles, and as such some dishes from different regions in Asia, including Thai, Malay and Singapore were added. However, Feng Shang still offers the traditional and common Chinese dishes, notably Sweet and Sour Chicken, as this is a customer favourite. Succulent ribeye beef in black pepper and red wine sauce is a particular favourite for those seeking an authentic Asian meat meal, and to cater to all palettes there are also an array of vegetarian options, including the rich Shimeji mushroom and baby corn in vegetarian brown sauce. Beautifully situated in Primrose Hill, this stunning location is unique and attracts many tourists. The venue deals with all sorts of customers, including those who have visiting London Zoo and fancy a bite to eat.
