To start, Munish gives us a brief overview of the hotel and offers more insight into its clientele. “In our relaxed and romantic environment guests receive a special experience with original architecture features like wooden paneling, carved doorframes and detailed stonework making them feel like part of history. Typically, we welcome guests from all over the world with Edinburgh being a unique and well renowned city. During our nine years in business, we have had guests from over 140 countries stay with us. Although we are more suited to the leisure market, we are starting to increase our business clientele so we can show the world that you are able to stay in quirky places whilst still doing business effectively”. Nothing is ever too much trouble for us, and with a management team who are prepared to assist in any way they can, we are able to make guests feel at home. Treating guests how we would want to be treated is arguably what sets us apart from other hotels.
