At Chennai Express, our spices are homeground, and all the masalas and chutneys are homemade. Even our ice cream is homemade. Their love for cooking eventually led them to pursue degrees in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts at Osmania University, India. After working for revered establishments in India, including the famous Taj and Oberoi hotels, Sagar and Vamsi moved to the United Kingdom to advance their careers in the global hospitality sector.
