Rob explores how the eatery works to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of every guest it has the pleasure to host. “Here at Brea, we offer a friendly Scottish welcome and every guest is treated as an individual, ensuring that their specific needs are met in terms of comfort, dietary requirements or anything else that we can assist with. We pride ourselves on catering to a variety of dietary preferences including gluten free and dairy free, so that we can serve as many guests as possible and ensure that they enjoy the finest food and hospitality possible when they visit us. We have a specific vegan menu, as well as vegan wine and we stock a range of organic soft and alcoholic drinks. “This versatility remains central to our offering, and we are always trying to offer a dining and drinking experience that is open to everybody. Our vegan menu was added to cater for vegans, we added organic drinks to our range this year and we are even looking into stocking non-alcoholic wine at the request of a diner (we do already stock a non-alcoholic beer).” Brea is a contemporary Scottish restaurant based in Stirling, Scotland that uses fresh local ingredients to create stunning dishes that satisfy an appetite as well as excite the taste buds.
