Since June 2021, Daralyn McIntyre has been Jardin del Sol, joined by her husband, Casey and their daughter, Kennedy, and they find it a joy to serve their community and witness so much love on their property every week. And what a truly romantic and awe-inspiring property it is. Brides and grooms are invited to tie the knot in what feels like a secret garden, a central lawn surrounded by an abundance of flowering perennials, shrubs, and lush woodlands. The entire space is bordered by a pergola covered with grape vines, creating an intimate sense of privacy that focuses all attention toward the trellis awaiting a bespoke floral arrangement. And nearby is a koi pond, traditionally known for bringing good luck to any special occasion. Post-ceremony, it is time for the happy couple and their guests to venture over to the reception area where three beautiful terracotta patios await them. The large patio has a magnificent white wedding tent with tent liner, chandeliers, and leg drapes; the dance patio is encompassed by trees and overlooks the greenbelt; and globe lights adorn the trees across the entire patio, with the lower patio featuring a beautiful glass stone fire ring with turquoise fire glass, a lounge set, and 8’ custom-made bar. Then, there is the main lawn which boasts a full acre and is available for guests to roam at their leisure. This is also a perfect space for playing lawn games, with corn hole boards included. In addition, there is a landscaped area located next to a rustic barn with a three-hole putting green. Balls and putters are provided for events, and is great entertainment during down-time in the day as well as for guests at evening dos. While this is the most wonderful of venues, it also comes with most outstanding of an event planners, with Daralyn delving into each project with a passion and devotion like no other. She has experience and education for the fast-paced environment that is hosting events, having previously worked at Walt Disney Park in park operations event management, as well as at Amazon where she managed large teams of data analysts. And now she strives to design the weddings of her clients’ dreams, working with them to determine the best arrangements to truly customise their day and putting everything she has into creating a celebration to remember.
