Additionally, all fish products used at the New Inn are from Celtic Fish & Game, St.Ives, Cornwall who pride themselves in sourcing fresh fish from the north and south coasts of Devon and Cornwall as well as being committed to sustainable fishing and responsible sourcing of seafood.
