The Creative Eateries Group was founded in 1992 by Mr Anthony Wong. The Group has since expanded to encompass four restaurant divisions with over 30 outlets in Singapore and two catering divisions in Singapore. The group now has regional footprints in 4 countries, namely Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, China. Uniting all our brands is our commitment to providing food of the highest quality and top of the line service.

The Japanese Division was started in 2008 with the opening of Tajimaya Yakiniku and Shabuya. The division has also broadened its appeal to younger and more budget-conscious sukiyaki and shabu shabu lovers with a mass market concept, Suki-Ya.

Suki-Ya truly brings the popular ‘House of Hot Pot’ concept to life, offering a heart-warming dining experience at equally affordable prices. Its signature Shabu-shabu dish is a must-try, and goes extremely well with the top-quality meats served. Other popular soup choices include Sukiyaki and Touyu Miso broth. Hungry diners will truly enjoy the Sukiya experience, as they can order unlimited servings of delicious sliced beef, pork, and chicken. To top it all off, a salad bar featuring a wide selection of fresh vegetables is offered, bring balance to the whole meal. Dining at Suki-Ya is bound to perk up everyone’s taste buds.

Most recently, we also launched ROCKU Yakiniku, a “restaurantainment” concept combining traditional charcoal grill with a multi-media celebration of Japanese pop culture.
