Tradition.
If somebody had told me that one day I would start and run a Wedding Photography business, I would have told them they we’re out to lunch!
My life had been planned out between the family tradition of proudly serving within the Canadian Armed Forces or working within one of Ontario’s Police Forces but Photography… not a chance. In my Father’s eyes that would have been the equivalent of running off with the Circus!
Until the fateful day when I found out how much contemporary Toronto Wedding Photographers were charging people. That was the OMG moment. After all, we were all working class people on limited budgets!

It’s funny over the years as a Professional Photographer I’ve been asked if I could style or mimic my images to resemble a filter found in Instagram. With Instagram’s filters, googly eyes and bouncing stars around the eyes this is what Society has come to expect in 2021. My answer is a quick and unapologetic NO!
