It all began with a chilli patch overlooking the South Pacific. After our first harvest, we started a tiny little taco stand at the local markets. To go with our Aussie style Mexican food, we made our own sauces, salsas and corn chips. What began in the hinterland of Byron Bay, Australia, twenty seven years ago is now helping to spice up the world.
