Didier CHOPIN, his founder, at the same time man of tradition and visionary entrepreneur reconciled the traditional Champagne with the contemporary world.<br />
Over the years, the Chopin family has settled his vineyard in the heart of the best terroir of the Champagne, the Marne Valley. Today it covers a surface from about 8 hectares.</p>
