Copper in the Clouds is a gin distillery based in rural Hertfordshire on a mission to make the most giftable range of spirits on the planet. The whole production process of their gin range has been designed with quality in mind; from the unique recipes using locally-sourced botanicals and ingredients, and slow and traditional distillation technique, to the meticulous attention to detail during the hand-finishing of the bottles.
