Grass fed, native breed, free range beef, bought from the same farmer for the last 15 years, his family have farmed the land since 1929, no artificial fertiliser has been used on the farm since they arrived. The quality of the land, the expert animal husbandry & our butchery. All meat is hung in a Himalayan salt maturation room, then butchered in house to exacting standards. it is this attention to every detail which makes all our meat stand out from the crowd.
