Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Matt has worked in kitchens such as The Ledbury, Terroirs, The Other Naughty Piglets and Salon in Brixton. Hām reflects British cooking with hints of Matt’s Australian background. The restaurant serves brunch, lunch and dinner.
