Saveur offers fine dining food in a casual urban setting. Award-winning chef, Robert Cassels, delivers French-inspired contemporary cuisine through playful and elegant tasting menus, that change regularly based on seasonal offerings from farmers, foragers, and fisheries of Vancouver Island.
Five-course tasting meals, as well as a la carte, are available Tuesday to Sunday. Brunch is served Wednesday to Saturday 10-2pm.
