Scirocco Sicilian Fish lab was created in 2016 by Marco Timpanaro from Catania who want people experience Catania's fish market, which is where the city's tradition comes to life in all its fervent uniqueness. Home-made sicilian fried food and much more, wrapped in traditional straw paper cones, lay the foundations for quality, tradition and innovation, all this in a unique and picturesque scenery, allowing people to enjoy an unforgettable experience.
