When asked about what inspired him to make a change at his already popular restaurant, Massimo said ‘I wanted to tap into the best parts of the Italian lifestyle – sharing food with friends, enjoying local delicacies and seasonal specialities – in an environment that is welcoming and relaxed. The seasonal menu available in the main restaurant focusses on mountain foods from the north of Italy during the winter months but during the summer expect a taste of Sicily and Sardinia from the south.
