Since 2016, Sushi Bay has been focused on presenting the very best of Japanese Cuisine in the south of Chile, preparing dishes such as Sushi Rolls, Ramen, Udon, Fried Rice, Nigiris, Sashimis and much more; using ingredients of optimum quality available in our region such as salmon, trout, octopus, sea urchin and salmon roe for their preparation.
