We are a small family business whose mission is to delight food lovers with amazingly delicious authentic bakery products using traditional methods and the best non-refined organic flours sourced from family owned millers in Switzerland. We have been delivering some of the most discerning restaurants and hotels in Greater London since 2011 and in March 2020, we opened our first bakery in Richmond, London.
