Talos, in Agii Apostoli, Chania, (est.1991) is mostly known for quality and taste. The menu consists of simple, “no frills” dishes with all attention afforded to the quality of the raw materials and the strict adherence to the recipes handed down by the owners mother Theodora, who is now retired. Theodora’s son, Lefteris has been running the business from day one. His main job is to ensure that the quality and speed of the service match that of the kitchen. Tough job but so far, so good!
