The Craft & Co operates as an award-winning distillery, craft brewery and winery across two distinct sites across Melbourne, Australia. Their city site located in Smith Street Collingwood houses the distillery and brewery operations as well as a cellar door, eatery & bar. The sister site to Collingwood, dubbed The Craft & Co Farm in Bangholme is their coastal winery and 40 acre vineyard that also manages a botanicals garden for the distillery and kitchen garden for the eateries.
