Best Bespoke Lampshade Designer 2018 - UK-the United Kingdom TMO Lighting-helena Barrowcliff TMO Lighting was founded by Helena Barrowcliff in 2008. Helena believes that lighting should be interesting, integral and inspiring, and her lampshades reflect these beliefs. Our hand-painted shades are designed to be two pieces of artwork, one during the daytime when lit by natural light, and the other in the evening when lit from within by a bulb. Our lampshades are then paired with imported Venetian glass bases providing a perfect match for the shades. We can draw upon a much-loved item, a theme, a colour, or simply create a shade to be a focal point for your room.
