The Witwenball is a modern wine restaurant which is specialized on craft wines. Patron and sommelier Axel Bode is responsible for the lively, changing wine list with 300 positions. All winegrowers in the range work biodynamically, biologically or close to nature.
The kitchen team around chef Jan Schlüter works with a small fine menu and changes this every six weeks. Attention is paid to regional ingredients and honest, handcrafted production.
