To start, Krystal provides us with a brief overview of the firm and offers more insight into its client base. “Island Goddess Organics sells high-quality natural skin care through our online store and mostly work with clients over the internet, social media and through our website. Additionally, I have also connected with salons and store owners to have my products sold in their stores. As the sole owner of the business I do everything myself from start to finish, I have even created and manage my own website and accounts. “Typically, the type of clients I work with are mainly women aged 18-65, however my products can be for absolutely everyone. Some of my clients suffer from irritated sensitive skin, cystic hormonal acne and premature ageing.” Across Australia, several retailers can offer organic skincare products, however with its products being completely free of toxic chemicals and artificial fragrances, many clients visit Island Goddess Organics for a reason. Furthermore, as a business, we are very conscious of clients with allergies such as nuts. Natural ranges that are not based on nuts or high in nut oils are hard to find so we wanted to provide a range that was mostly nut free and gluten free.”
