Real Italian gelato is obtained by using select, very high quality products. Many sourced in Italy, and others where the ingredients are the very best the world has to offer. Our Pistachio Gelato is made with pistachios that come from Sicily, exclusively sourced at Feudo San Biagio. These pistachios were defined by the University of Palermo as Unique in the World. “Additionally, our Almond gelato is made with only almonds from Avola, once again Sicilian and considered the best. Our Yogurt gelato is made with only Greek yogurt, our cinnamon is imported from Lebanon for our cinnamon gelato, the chocolate for our four chocolate gelato flavours come from Venezuela, and so on. We also offer sorbets, known as Granite, and these are made with seasonal fresh fruit and contain 80% fruit in each flavour.” Recently, to grow its client base and meet the needs of its regular customers, Augusto Premiata Gelateria has added a coffee bar with Illy coffee and daily fresh brioches filled with whipped cream or marmalade.
