82 “To be successful in the design industry, I would like to say that there are some keys for quality elements of design and designers. They are observation, listening, desire, context, solutions, communication, worldwide experience, education on the area, intuition and personal touch. “Furthermore, I believe that the secret of the success is the customer service strategy. It is the act of taking care of the customer’s needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer’s requirements are met.” Looking to capitalise on her recent success of being selected in LUX’s 2018 Leading Designers Awards as the Most Innovative in Interior Design in Oxfordshire, Bahar sees it as another step towards achieving her mission. She is honoured to have been selected and explains what this means for the company and the firm. “Excitingly, I am extremely honoured to be receiving such an important award from LUX Magazine, Bahar Arts Interior Design has been selected within 2018 Leading Designers Awards, as Most Innovative in Interior Design 2018 - Oxfordshire.
