From new and exhilarating shark feeding sessions for children to ecofocused recycle arts and crafts activities, the much-loved, 5* family resort strives to offer the very best land and water-based fun for guests of all ages. The resort’s new Recreations Manager, Marco Rawhy, will bring his passion for entertainment to the resort, having previously participated in ‘Greece Has Got Talent’, Greece’s equivalent to the popular British TV show, as a trained dance choreographer and former member of the Egyptian National team in Taekwondo. The Sheraton Adventure Club The Sheraton Adventure Club is designed for children aged 4 to 12 and provides a comfortable environment for children, arranging an abundance of expertly supervised activities around the resort. Parents can relax knowing that their little ones are being well cared for and entertained. The brand-new schedule of adventures, sure to keep young children enthused and smiling, includes families’ favourite activities, such as beach games, scavenger hunt, water splash games and much more. For a more unique adventure, children can mingle with baby sharks with the resort’s special shark feeding sessions. Staying true to the resort’s sustainable mind-set, children can also take part in recycle arts and crafts or coconut painting and leaf folding for a more creative activity. New Recreations Manager, Marco Rawhy With experience as an entertainment manager spanning over 10 years, Marco Rawhy has just joined the Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa team, overseeing activities for all at the resort. Marco is a qualified personal trainer, Zumba instructor and teaches Aqua gym, Aqua Zumba, fitness workouts, kickboxing and stretching classes.
