Caribbean Croft is owned & ran by best friends - myself ( Katrina Hall - Manager ) & the Head Chef ( Peter Innes ).

We are astounded by the successes we have encountered in our first year & owe an awful lot to Ms Cat for her influence on Pete & his recipes.

The bar also stocks probably the largest range of Caribbean Rums in the South West & several Rum based cocktails giving a full Caribbean experience to all, topped up by the vibrant Reggae music. We are so humbled to have had such a great first year.
