<p>The story of Ajitama began in 2015, with two friends, António Carvalhão and João Ferreira, who had lived in Japan, where they fell in love with Ramen.</p>
<p>After returning to Portugal, there was no way to enjoy Ramen, so they decided to embark on a self-taught 13-month journey to develop their own recipe.</p>
<p>The next step was the opening of a Supper Club at António’s flat where they served their Ramen to 600 people.</p>
<p>Later they decided it was time to open their own restaurant, Ajitama Ramen Bistro.</p>
