Colectivo Atl-Xolotl

The axolotl is an endemic specie from Mexico, it can regenerate its limbs and organs, with this totem, we seek to raise awareness about the role and importance of local economies in the conservation and preservation of our ecosystems.

It’s a reminder of the fragility of what gives us life and joy. We are passionate about brewing with the flavors of our land and we are motivated by the constant mission of improvement towards generating the least amount of waste and pollution possible.
