We are a family business, based in the South Peninsula of Cape Town. Darren’s love for cooking wholesome, healthy food for his family led him to launch Freedom Foods Catering Kitchen.
By supplying supper, we not only give you a warm healthy, home cooked meal, but we also save you time by taking away the meal planning (and balancing), shopping, cooking and washing a stove full of dirty pots and pans after dinner. We allow you to get home, kick off your shoes and have time with the family.
