My name is Julio Cesar Osorio, but I work under my artist name Juliocesartist. I was born in Colombia and moved to the UK in 1983 to join my father at twelve years of age and have been based in London ever since.

I am a self taught prolific painter whose journey began at the lowest point in my life (Read on my website) just as I was achieving recognition through my photographic studio work that abruptly came to a halt in 2012.
