Maddy’s Bakeshop is a custom order and pop-up bakery specializing in allergen-friendly hand-laminated pastries, cakes, tarts and cookies. Having been surrounded by people with allergies, Maddy wanted to make cost-friendly treats and options for people unable to consume gluten, animal products, nuts or sesame. She has been featured in the New York Times Instagram, Popsugar Online Magazine, Tatler Magazine Asia, and Great Jones.
