Origo

Origo is an organic sourdough bakery located in Barcelona. In addition to several types of breads made with local flours, you will also find specialty (third wave) coffee. The pastries here are known to be the best in town, the cardamom buns being an all-time favourite. In collaboration to local farmers, they make their own organic ferments (sauerkraut, kimchi and seasonal pickled vegetables) and sell natural wines, cheeses and other local artisan products.
