Pinot Gastrothèque

Pinot Gastothèque is a small family restaurant, inspired by the French bistros of Paris, the peculiar elaboration and presentation of its dishes (half portions) and tasting menus are directed by Hilario Urchulutegui, he combines different flavors and textures with the best proximity products and providing the originality of the raw material of each place where the recipe of the dish to be prepared comes from. In Pinot Gastrothèque, Hilario also strives with special care in the selection of the Wine List, which, far from being traditional, seeks the conjunction of wine in the glass, temperature, service and the brief explanation, if applicable, of what the customer is going to take. The restaurant is directed by Monica Morales and a carefully selected staff to make customers feel at home, within a personalized and close, always professional treatment.
