Pompeii Pizza specialises in the finest Neapolitan-style pizza. We hand-make our dough on-site in our outdoor kitchen at the historic Franciscan Well. It’s prepared with a unique blend of flour that we mill from Irish heritage grain, combined with Italian Caputo type ’00’. Added to this is our secret recipe homemade tomato sauce & toppings sourced from quality local producers. All our pizzas are freshly baked to order in our wood-fired oven. The result is pizza perfection!
